What materials are used in Zouk products?

We pride ourselves on being a 100% vegan brand. Our products are crafted using high-quality PeTA-approved vegan leather and traditional Indian fabrics like Ikat and Jute.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days across India.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a request through our returns portal provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for most pin codes across India. You can also choose to pay via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, or Net Banking for a faster checkout experience.

How do I clean my Zouk bag?

For fabric parts, use a damp cloth with mild soap to gently spot clean. For the vegan leather sections, a simple wipe with a dry or slightly moist cloth is sufficient to maintain its shine.

Do you ship internationally?
